Proclinical is seeking a Senior Statistical Project Leader to provide statistical leadership and strategic input for clinical studies within the Immunology & Inflammation sector. This role involves developing statistical solutions to support trial decision-making and advancing treatment across all phases of drug development. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Biostatistics team members and contractors, establishing priorities and development areas.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with other functions and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of teamwork, quality, and innovation.
• Represent statistics in regulatory meetings and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in statistics or related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of clinical development and advanced statistical concepts.
• Proven experience in clinical development or post-marketing activities.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
