Proclinical is seeking a Senior Research Associate located South San Francisco, CA in with a leading biotech company.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to therapeutic antibody discovery by hybridoma platform.
With guidance from supervisor plan, execute, and analysis of antibody discovery studies.
Work effectively with the lead scientist and the program teams to generate target-directed antibodies for various programs across research.
Execute on all stages of antibody generation to deliver diverse panels of antibodies meeting the required criteria.

Skills and Requirements:

MS or BS 2 years + research experience and at least 1-year hands-on experience in antibody development. (Hybridoma platform preferred).
Excellent sterile technique.
Must have hands on experience in cell culture and antibody screening using standard techniques such as ELISA, Forte Bio.
Hybridoma generation preferably by electrofusion is preferred.
Experience with SDS-page gel analysis, use of Forte Bio Octet, use of Clonepix FL, small scale in vitro antibody production experience is a plus.
