Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Regulatory Consultant - Consumer Health for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis. The client is focused on producing a healthier society.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for management of a product or specified products within a therapy area for cosmetics, OTC and/or medical devices.
You will assist the team with regulatory tactics, both local and regional aligned with business plan.
Offer regulatory advice and conduct due diligence for product acquisitions and distributor agreements with third parties when suitable.
Supervise any alterations in the regulatory setting and highlight any possible influences on various products.
The ideal candidate will guarantee that marketing authorisations are upheld and renewed.
To guarantee regulatory compliance for proposals via Zinc, COCOON, starfish systems, etc., when suitable, you will sign off packaging material, leaflets, SmPCs and advertising materials.
When suitable, you will notify the regulatory agency/division of health of product discontinuations and licence cancellations.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a life science or chemistry discipline to an honours level or similar.
Works well under minimal supervision when completing various tasks.
Project management experience.
Comprehension of the regulatory setting.
Able to engage with the regulatory authorities when suitable.
Commercial/tactical consciousness.
