Proclinical is advertising an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a global healthcare company in Switzerland. This company, which prides itself on its innovative range of diagnostic solutions and medicines, is looking to recruit a talented and capable Senior Project Manager to join their team in Basel. This is a contract role.

The Senior Project manager will be experienced in organisational transformation/setting up of shared service centres, along with managing multiple workstreams and executing robust change management & communications activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Leading, planning, and implementing global medium-to-long term high visibility projects within PDS, including global cross-functional teams and related elements.
Managing and influencing various project stakeholder groups, both within PDS and across the company and its affiliates, including global cross-functional teams and related elements.
Managing and influencing various project stakeholder groups, both within PDS and across the company and its affiliates, to ensure successful design, execution, and adoption of initiatives.
Ensuring that solutions are delivered to PDS within the timeframes established, cost proposed (including resources from human capital), and to the quality of deliverables expected.
Collaborating with project sponsors and leads in the business to define scope, approach, and benefits for the solution, as well as occasionally assisting in developing the business care for the project itself.
Managing engagement of key project stakeholders, as well as project team members.
Delivering projects using tools and practices aligned with the company's PDS Portfolio and/or program management methodologies.

Skills and Requirements:

A degree in in a relevant field or related discipline.
Demonstrable experience with project stakeholder groups.
Demonstrable experience with service centres, with managerial experience a bonus.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Strong team ethos, with a demonstrated track record of success in cross-functional teams and a fast-moving environment.
A high potential to grow and develop, with an ability to take on training and direction.
