Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for the role of Senior Manager, Medical Information. This role involves managing medical information services for Asia and specific ACE countries, ensuring alignment with SOPs and local regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and implementing policies, SOPs and work instructions as well as supporting the training of new hires.

Responsibilities:

Manage medical information services, including handling medical inquiries and contact centre support.
Ensure services are in line with SOPs and local regulations.
Create, update, and implement policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
Support the training of new hires.
Collaborate with the Global Strategic Capabilities team on strategic and operational projects.
Analyse departmental metrics to identify patterns, trends, and issues.
Contribute to the implementation of new technologies impacting the provision of medical information.
Work cross-functionally with various teams including Global Patient Safety, Quality and Medical Governance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal/Business Conduct, and Medical Affairs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese is preferred.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively.
Excellent project management, analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of regulations regarding the dissemination of medical information, pharmaceutical industry activities, and adverse event and product quality complaint reporting.
Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Medical/Life Sciences or equivalent.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working with MI vendors is desirable.
