A unique Biotech based in Central London are looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations/Associate Director to join their rapidly growing team. The organisation develops and defines new models of care to treat many serious medical conditions

This role is a mixture of science and operations which has opened due to the company's extensive pipeline. This is a rare opportunity where you will have the chance to build out and run the Clinical team in the future.

Job Responsibilities:

Selecting and overseeing CROs.
Working with Key Opinion Leaders.
Working cross functionally with the Quality, Regulatory, and Medical teams.

Skills and Requirements:

Over 8 years in clinical research.
A background in Pharma or Biotech.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.

Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
