Lead global rewards strategy-join us as Senior Director and shape compensation and benefits programs that drive business success.

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Director to lead Total Rewards Strategy and HR Delivery. In this role, you will drive and consult on global total rewards strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational culture. You will collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders to implement effective compensation and benefits programs for a diverse workforce. This position also involves leading a small team and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of global total rewards strategies for over 3,500 employees, partnering with HR leaders on both day-to-day matters and strategic projects.
  • Provide expert advice to leadership teams and HR partners, ensuring compensation and benefits align with global policies while addressing local needs.
  • Develop and deliver communication tools and training for total rewards initiatives, fostering a pay-for-performance culture.
  • Drive the Pay Transparency agenda and support compensation aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
  • Advocate for reward policies and recommend solutions for talent attraction, motivation, and retention.
  • Oversee annual market benchmarking, salary range development, and grading processes.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and manage regional nuances in practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make timely and accurate decisions.
  • Proven expertise in global total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.
  • Excellent conceptual skills to present complex materials clearly and effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial mindset with strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to build authentic relationships and influence across diverse teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Experience in managing compensation benchmarking processes and redesigning benefit systems.
  • Familiarity with navigating complex matrix organizations and cross-functional environments.
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
  • Advanced professional English language skills.
