Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs for Advertising & Promotion - Permanent

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs for Advertising & Promotion.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the review and approval of advertising, promotional materials as well as product labeling across the portfolio.

Skills & Requirements:

• Expertise in regulatory affairs, particularly in advertising and promotion.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to provide strategic vision and a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.

The Senior Director's responsibilities will be:

• Provide regulatory expertise to the Public Communications Review Committee (PCRC) to ensure compliance for all external communications.
• Oversee regulatory submissions and lead the review of promotional materials.
• Align communication strategies with the latest regulatory standards.
• Manage end-to-end regulatory support for product labeling, including submissions to Health Authorities (USPI, EU PI, ROW labeling).
• Oversee the development and revision of labeling content, ensuring global alignment with company standards.
• Serve as the primary regulatory liaison to departments such as commercial, medical affairs, and legal.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments.

Compensation:

• $230,000 to $235,000 per annum
