Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Senior Director for Clinical Trial Supply Management (CTSM) with a focus on Cell & Gene Therapies. The successful candidate will lead initiatives for all global CTSM activities in the Cell & Gene portfolio, supporting the development of future commercial launches. This role is crucial in delivering performance in the right quality and quantity within set timelines, meeting cost targets, and ensuring patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead initiatives for all Global Clinical Trial Supply Management activities in the Cell & Gene Portfolio.
- Grow the Global CTSM Cell & Gene IMP Management business.
- Ensure GxP-compliant execution of assigned clinical Cell & Gene portfolio.
- Translate Cell & Gene portfolio strategy into platform/trial requirements.
- Provide perspective on CTSM feasibility into Cell & Gene platform/portfolio core team.
- Define performance objectives and manage performance for CTSM Cell & Gene IMPM function.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Relevant university education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
- Extensive professional experience in Clinical Trial Supply Management for Cell & Gene Therapies.
- Proven track record in developing platform/portfolio strategy for global clinical trials for Cell & Gene therapies.
- Knowledge of supply chain and Cell & Gene study drug logistics.
- Profound understanding of electronic systems supporting Clinical Trial Supply Management.
- Extensive knowledge of budget and performance management in IMP.
- Excellent change and project management skills.
- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills would be a plus.
