Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and strategic individual for the role of Senior Director of Clinical Operations Development. This role is integral to the company's global biotech operations, focusing on managing plans within a program of studies. The role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional meetings at the European headquarters.

Responsibilities:

Strategise, plan, lead and execute plans within a program of studies.
Understand and apply necessary elements of development for the programs.
Manage a team of Directors of Clinical Operations working on the same program.
Report to the Head of Clinical Operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Clinical Operations.
Experience from First in Human up until commercialisation.
Global experience, understanding the nuances of operating in different markets.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in a managerial role.
Knowledge in Immunology is a plus.
