Proclinical are recruiting for a Senior Clinical Project Manager - OPEN TO EU RELOCATORS - Swiss Pharma to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anyone in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the financial planning, budget, accruals, prediction contributions, etc.
You will prepare clinical program updates and/or participate in them when required.
Accountable for owning and/or partaking in SOP development / evaluations.
Responsible for planning, arranging, monitoring and performing multifaceted international clinical trials in one or more therapeutic areas.
Contribute to pertinent meetings as well as be responsible for inspection promptness.
The ideal candidate will plan and set up cross-functional meetings, meetings with vendors and any others when required.
Responsible for CAPAs linked to clinical programs in the field of clinical operations.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a life science field such as biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals or medical background would be ideal.
Demonstrable experience in clinical research within industry as well as in a clinical trial management role.
Comprehension of GxP and international needs.
Project management skills with the ability to handle cross functional teams.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Capable of handling multifaceted situations and drive solution-oriented thinking.
Fluency in both English and French.
Works well in a team while under pressure.
Acquaintance working within a global and cross-functional team.
Computer literacy.
