Senior Clinical Project Manager, Germany

Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Clinical Project Manager, Germany for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis and allows remoted based working anywhere within Germany. The client is focused on evolving evidences for intermediations and offer research training and needed research logistics to partners and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Actively recognises areas for process development.
• Form and handle the study budget execution activities to mitigate areas of hazards, and initiative delivery across the full project.
• Guide on all project deliverables on allocated projects, as well as guarantee that project distributions are within budget, with quality and in a timely manner.
• Offer training to APL/PLs and more junior project managers.
• Organise work of service suppliers, communicate with the promoter on all decisions and aberrations linked to service suppliers.
• When suitable, you will assist in planning the bid defense meetings.
• Conduct suite engagement visits to allocated country aligned with the division tactic.
• You will assign operational study duties to other study teams reliant on on their capability to conduct the task at hand.
• The ideal candidate will organise and handle project start-up. Project preservation and project close-out actions.
• Plan documents on the allocated actions rendering to the needs and deadline.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Skills & Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a life science, medical or similar discipline.
• Acquaintance with project management of clinical trials.
• Former/present CRO/Promoter or medical device manufacturer involvement.
• Progressive team leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Comprehension of scope of contracts which involves milestones and identification of alterations.
• GCP need and local guidelines know-how for performing clinical trials.
• Able to think analytically with the ability to deliberate, give presentations, and communicate well both verbally and written.
• Computer literate.
• Fluency in the German and English languages.
