Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Associate RWE for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Sweden with the ability to work remotely from home. The client is focused on assisting developing organisations.

Responsibilities:

Distribute consulting services in a devoted field of knowledge under the direction of the senior management such as project lead and technical SME.
To outline a suggested solution, you will recognise project and/or client requirements to the project lead/manager and cooperate with senior staff.
Evolve RWE client read deliverables, for example, study protocols, data management and statistical analysis plans, data analyses, and study documents.
To accomplish allocated project actions, you will implement information offered by project lead/manage or senior associates.
Might assist the project lead with project management actions.
You will follow and execute the company's consulting models and strategies under the direction of senior management such as project leads and/or technical SME.
Recognise and inform PC Management o prospects for follow-on business or needed modifications in project scope.
Consistently network in the organisation such as preserving contacts and relations with client/data suppliers once actions are finalised.
Evolve assessment in programs, for example, R and SAS.
Guided by senior management such as the project lead/manager and/or technical SMEs, you will operate within wider project regulations.

Skills & Requirements:

Educated to an advanced degree in a scientific or technical topic.
Several years of experience in an industry-correlated or consulting setting.
Familiarity with SAS and R.
Interested in medical research, facility of healthcare and the pharmaceutical organisation.
Social and communication skills both written and verbally when conveying technical information.
High attention to detail and precision when authoring.
Thinks analytically.
Client-oriented advance to work.
A self-motivated individual who is determined, passionate and flexible.
A self-starter who is able to take accountability for allocated workload with moderate guidance/assistance.
Able to be involved in two-way conversations and shares information with others.
Contribute to training initiatives under the direction of senior management such as the Development Manager.
Fluency in the English language with knowledge in the Swedish language.
