Senior Accounts Payable Consultant - Contract - Onsite

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Consultant to join cutting-edge recruiting firm. This is a contract role located in Raleigh, NC.

Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant for Accounts Payable reports to the Director North America Purchase to Pay (PTP) Operations with responsibility for and is responsible for the successful execution of leading, improving, and supporting the NA PTP operations with a strong emphasis on customer service delivery and user experience to both our internal and external customers. The Senior Consultant successful candidate will closely coordinate efforts and support Supplier Master, Invoice Operations, Disbursements and Business Support functions and leaders.

Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of SAP, Ariba and VIM system's is required. and knowledge VIM an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, and 10 years' of PTP / Shared Services.
• Highly self-motivated and innovative
• Proven experience in a manager role
• Demonstrate a hands-on and involved approach to leadership to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the accounts payable process with a primary focus on Invoice Operations.

The Senior Accounts Payable Consultant will:

• Effectively partner with our Invoice outsourced partner
• Works closely with the procurement, FP&A and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth Procure-to-Pay process.
• Assist in ongoing development of desk-top procedures and controls leveraging knowledge of best practices
• Daily management of a team of Accounts Payable professionals and guidance on training required
• Track key performance indictors which measure performance and efficiency of the Accounts Payable team and related processes
• Must be eligible to work in the US
