Proclinical are partnering with an organisation who are recruiting for an individual to join their team. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US. The opening position that is currently available is for a Senior Account Supervisor - Pharma PR.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a brilliant level of client service through articulating client requirements to senior management, updating on project status and priorities and guaranteeing that seamless workflow and communication among all team members.
  • Offer on-site assistance to clients when required and engage with clients frequently.
  • Execute plans, offer thoughtful analysis, produce and distribute updates and progress reports, as well as offer aid when required on the development of PR plans defining goals, methods and strategies.
  • You will develop PR plans and program resources with leadership from company partners and PR managers, which involves key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a communications, public relations or journalism field.
  • Demonstrable experience in an agency as well as training in communications, media or PR.
  • Familiarity within healthcare and FDA regulatory communications.
  • Acquaintance with external meetings and events representing the agency and client such as medical conferences, third party events, etc.
  • Capable of taking the initiative with leadership skills.
  • Able to resolve issues.
  • A high work ethic with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Capacity to train personnel on best practices of public relations.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • An organised individual with the ability to manage own time efficiently.
  • Capable of working on various projects simultaneously as well as meet deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Comprehension of the boutique-agency, hybrid model of the company's PR, which involves superior client service 24/7 throughout and outside of regular hours when required.
  • Computer literacy.
