Proclinical are recruiting for a Senior Account Executive - Health PR to join a medical communications organisation. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Please ensure that you are eligible for working in the location without any sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:

Execute plans, offer thoughtful analysis, produce and deliver updates and progress reports, as well as offer aid when required around development of PR plans outlining goals, methods and strategies.
Responsible for developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from the company's account leadership, which involves key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases.
Offer on-site assistance to clients when needed and interact with the clients frequently.
You will deliver an excellent level of client service by conveying client requirements to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities and guaranteeing seamless workflow and communication among all team members.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Demonstrable experience, ideally in a PR agency or corporate communications position.
Familiarity within healthcare and ideally FDA regulatory communications.
Educated to a degree level in communications, public relations or journalism or a similar discipline.
Exhibit a high level of initiative and leadership.
Capable of resolving issues.
A solid work ethic with the ability to work well in a team setting.
Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
An organised individual with the ability to manage own time efficiently.
Capable of handling various projects simultaneously, along with competing deadlines and priorities.
A high attention to detail.
Comprehension of the boutique-agency, hybrid model of the company's PR, which involves superior client service 24/7 throughout and outside of regular office hours, as required.
Computer literacy.
