Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Network and Security Solution Architect to join a dedicated team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and documenting innovative and highly available network and security solutions. This position is crucial for customer projects in critical communication infrastructures, including energy supply, BORS, and railway sectors.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, architect, design, implement, and document complex network and security solutions.
Plan and implement security solutions for customer projects in critical communication infrastructures.
Collaborate with internal architecture, engineering, and operations teams to enhance technical solutions and processes.
Support and develop security platforms as a platform manager.
Participate in internal audits and strategic initiatives such as product portfolio development, IT infrastructure enhancement, and customer acquisition.
Conduct training sessions and share knowledge with internal employees and customers.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Technical education in telecommunications or computer science with a focus on IT security.
Experience in evaluating, designing, implementing, and operating network security solutions, including technical documentation.
Proficiency in firewalling, routing, switching, XDR, IDS/IPS, PAM, and other IT security topics, ideally with relevant certifications.
Knowledge of security standards (e.g., ISO27001, IEC62443-3-2) and best practices, along with supplier management experience.
Interest in new technologies and a willingness to learn and acquire new security knowledge.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and social skills, with efficiency and resilience.
Team player with an independent and reliable work style.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.
