Proclinical are recruiting a Scientific Communications Manager for a biotech organisation. This role is on a contract basis and allows for remote working anywhere within Europe. The client is focused on supplying life-changing solutions for a variety of serious illnesses.

Responsibilities:

Handle the publication evolvement procedure which involves evaluating and tracking individual publications using the current publication management apparatus.
Guarantee internal communications around published and displayed publications such as announcements, publication newsletter and spotlight summaries.
You will engage with external health care experts and medical communication agencies.
Accountable for forming publication approaches and designs with cross-functional contributions, guaranteeing implementation of plans are achieved in a timely manner.
Handle and maximise with accessible materials.
To warrant alignment of communication plans with medical and commercial plans, the ideal candidate will direct cross functional meetings, set up per disease/indication area.

Skills & Requirements:

Educated to an advanced degree level in a biomedical science discipline.
At least 3 years of pertinent experience.
Experience in medical communications, scientific communications or publications management within a pharma / Diagnostics setting.
Know-how of Datavision™.
Comprehension of good publication practice and ICMJE regulations.
Project management abilities.
Interpretation of the diagnostics organisation and regulatory protocols with the competency and enthusiasm to assess, convey and execute good publication practice standards.
Fluency in the English language, verbally and written.
Able to train others with the ability to discover solutions in multifaceted teams as well as possess shareholder management abilities.
Tactical skills with a high attention to detail and a solid sense of accountability.
Communication capabilities with the ability to work flexibly across EU and US time zones for business needs. Great communication and people skills; energetic and dynamic personality.
