Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative SAP OTC Process Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in consulting, orchestrating, and implementing global business processes in the areas of Sales and Distribution. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about harmonizing processes worldwide in SAP and other systems.

Responsibilities

Consulting on, orchestrating, and implementing global business processes in the areas of Sales and Distribution, including intercompany processes.
Defining and implementing new or enhanced system functionalities (Change Requests) in SAP SD/OTC.
Providing 3rd-level support within the global SAP service delivery organization.
Documenting and training users and key users on system functionalities and processes.
Consulting on IT topics related to Sales, Distribution, and CRM.
Taking on the role of IT (Sub-)Project Manager for projects in the areas of Sales & Distribution or Lead-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash.

Key Skills and Requirements

Knowledge of SAP SD processes and customization, SAP intercompany processes, and SAP CX (C4C, eCommerce).
Expertise in global DRC/e-document processes (e.g., e-invoicing).
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
