Proclinical is working alongside a consultancy firm currently seeking experienced and highly motivated SAP Functional Consultants with strong SAP functional knowledge and preferably experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and logistics industries to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Align technology and business strategy.
- Work directly with customers to capture requirements and design/implement best practice solutions.
- Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements.
- Support the development of target processes based on user requirements.
- Analyze complex business process requirements and document customer needs.
- Provide suitable system solutions and suggest business process improvements.
- Deliver functional business and IT services within projects.
- Configure systems and create documentation in accordance with project standards.
- Support all aspects of testing from scoping to execution and debugging.
- Assist in data migration from mapping to executing data loading cycles.
- Identify and escalate system conflicts with other workstreams or related projects.
Qualifications:
- University degree (ETH, university, FH) or comparable training.
- Several years of consulting and practical experience in one or more of the following modules: SAP SD / MM / WM / EWM / PP / QM / FI / CO.
- Excellent knowledge of process definition and management, including integration with other SAP modules or satellite systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team player with proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with a positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level in both).
