SAP Business Architect (Clinical Supply Operation) - Munich, Germany

Proclinical are currently supporting a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing client as they are searching for a SAP Business architect for their IT department to support productive SAP operations as well as to optimize and further develop the processes and interfaces at our production site in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm.

The focus for this position is on the areas of clinical supply operation (CSO), pharmaceutical production, quality control as well as storage and shipping. A key focus will initially be project support for the implementation of ICSM (SAP module "Intelligent Clinical Supply Management") for the CSO area at their location.

After appropriate training, the area of responsibility will include the following areas:
* Supporting the business process owners and key users in the areas of CSO, production, quality control, warehousing and shipping as part of SAP ERP operations
* Process analysis and development of optimization options as well as the development of solution concepts to implement requirements from the specialist area.
* Implementation of adjustments (customizing and, if necessary, development) or coordination of external service providers in the ICSM, PP-PI, QM, WM, PM modules
* Taking over project management for medium and large projects
* Supporting the departments in test preparation and test execution
* Implementation of 2nd level support (incident and problem management) and support of service request management
* Monitoring of processes and interfaces
* Participation in the evaluation, implementation and implementation of change control processes
* Creation of the necessary documentation in a regulated environment (GxP)

Your Profile
* Several years of relevant professional experience with at least 2 SAP modules in the areas of PP-PI, QM, WM, MM, PM, EHS.
* Good knowledge of business processes in the areas of clinical sample manufacturing, production, quality control as well as warehousing and shipping
* Experience in the area of customizing and the operation of relevant modules of SAP ECC including the corresponding procedures and processes.
* Good English & German knowledge required
