Proclinical are recruiting for a Sales Manager - AT/CH/PT to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Offer general leadership to guarantee solid, constant team performance which meets/exceeds company goals.
- Assure team members suitably leverage approved messages and materials, constant with the organisation training programs for oncology product commercialisation.
- Guarantee incentive compensation plans are in line with brand methods, strategies, plans and targets.
- Work alongside the commercial operations team to assure delivery and management of operational procedures necessary for high salesforce efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will develop national, regional and local account plans.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in an oncology product sales leadership role within a biopharma.
- A background in hiring, training, evolving, promoting and retaining top talent and efficiently handling team performance.
- A background in sales performance with a high level of integrity.
- Guidance and interpersonal abilities.
- Works well with others.
- Able to train deep customer relations.
- Ability to prioritise workload and plan accordingly.
- Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Prior involvement within field management and operationalisation of sales technology which involves sales CRM platforms, data and analytics and digital promotion efforts.
- Willing to travel for business needs up to 30-40% of the time, which involves some weekends.
- Obtains a high personal values and ethical standards.
