Proclinical are recruiting a Director of Sales for a leading independent healthcare publishing agency to spearhead an experienced sales team and drive ongoing revenue growth. You will support the sales team, coaching them through the sales process, sharing market insights and bringing new ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales team, ensuring adherence to the sales process and maximising quality. productivity in a high-performance environment.
  • Provide support to the sales team to achieve their KPIs, revenue targets, and goals.
  • Analyse data and metrics to improve the sales process and better outcomes.
  • Management of sales pipeline.
  • Hands-on support in nurturing and closing business.


  • Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire the team in a fast-paced telesales environment.
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills and an effective people/department leader.
  • A visible presence in the office 5 days per week.
