Proclinical are recruiting a Release Train Engineer for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Bern. The client is focused on maximising proximity to their customers.

Responsibilities:

You will promote the "lean and agile mindset".
Provide advice and assistance for managers, scrum masters, the ART core team and any other shareholders.
Assume accountability of an Agile Release Train and exercising a sparring partner role.
Consistent development of the agile teams, with a view to the value proposition of the ART and collaboration with any other ARTs.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a computer science, business administration or similar training in a Scrum Master with a RTE certification.
Works well independently as well in a team enjoying multifaceted tasks.
An organised individual with communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with training, guiding and accompanying various agile teams and assist towards RTE peers.
Expertise of strategies in SAFe, Scrum and Kanban as well as IT know-how and business comprehension.
Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German or French.
