Proclinical are recruiting a Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Form regular evaluations with sales and marketing as well as any other pertinent shareholders to guarantee the methods are in line with company requirements and marketing method.
Recognise risks and/or alterations to the methods and include the pertinent shareholders for conversations for conversations on action plans.
Guarantee compliance with the pertinent country medical device regulatory and/or product registration needs.
Supervise government agency laws and guidelines via websites/publications or discuss with the country RA for the latest updates.
Attain the correct comprehensions of the necessities and bring it to the attention of RA management.
Contribute to the business engagements and deliberations with regulatory agencies on proposal needs, formats, labelling, claims, etc.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.
