Proclinical is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support hiring efforts within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead recruitment processes, collaborate with internal teams, and develop tailored strategies to attract top talent. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of industry-specific hiring practices.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and their functionalities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The Recruitment Consultant's responsibilities will be:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles.
Partner closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with leadership.
Share market insights and recommend adjustments to optimize recruitment approaches.

Compensation:

$70 to $75 per hour.
