Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Recruiting Partner for a biotechnology company located in Research Triangle Park, NC. Successful candidate will support the TA team in the US.

Job Responsibility:

Support PO&T in the US.
Center around helping recruit manufacturing operations positions.
Understand technical skills in science and chemical engineering.

Skills and Requirements:

BA/BS in engineering required.
Must possess recruiting background.
Someone coming from a regulated space like finance, pharma preferred
Someone who understand highly technical skills (i.e. scientists, chem engineers)
We need a req filler - not a strategist
Centering around manufacturing operations
Advanced manufacturing type (automated systems)
Largely engineers, scientists, folks that have technical capabilities around automation
