Recruiting Coordinator - Contract - Onsite

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a cutting-edge pharmaceutical company. This is a contract role located in Lexington, MA.

The Recruiting Coordinator will:

Supports the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring; including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and travel and expenses
Liaisons with candidates and interviewers for availability, addresses and remediates issues in support of the interview scheduling process
Prepares schedules and communicates with candidates, interviewers and recruiters
