Proclinical are recruiting a Recruiter for a digital health / medical device organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Berlin. The client is focused on cultivating the lives of people suffering cancerous illnesses.

Responsibilities:

Handle the offer process by extending offers, deliberating, and serving as a supporter for candidates on an internal basis.
To personalise the recruitment procedure for specific, new and developing positions, you will cooperate with a diverse variety of hiring managers and shareholders.
Assist with instigating recruitment procedure improvements and documents for hiring managers and teams.
You will manoeuvre ways to effectively form talent pipelines for various, multifaceted searched across technical, clinical and corporate operations.
Guarantee that the candidates are effortlessly moving through the interview process.
Source candidates through search, sourcing tools, messaging campaigns, social media, referral production and events.
The ideal candidates will perform preliminary discussions with possible candidates about the organisation and the roles for which they are interested in or have applied for.

Skills & Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience sourcing and closing candidates self-sufficiently.
Familiarity handling high volumes of candidates across a number of specific roles any time.
Able to communicate and cooperate with shareholders and hiring managers at all levels of the organisation.
An organised individual with the ability to socialise as well as possess a high attention to detail.
Zealous on technology and the fight against cancer.
Fluency in the English and German language.
