Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Quality Investigation Material Processor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in inspecting incoming materials and supporting development and manufacturing processes. You should be adaptable to changing priorities and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional testing of devices for lot qualification.
Perform package integrity testing as required by procedures.
Inspect mechanical components and materials upon arrival.
Maintain and organize inspection records and reports.
Input data into the computer system.
Assist Quality Engineers with test method development and device investigations.
Conduct internal quality audits as needed.
Oversee calibration contractors during equipment testing.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

High School degree or equivalent.
Experience as a mechanical inspector in the medical device industry is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Capable of generating and maintaining accurate records.
Basic knowledge of shop math.
Familiarity with FDA and ISO inspection documentation and standards.
Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
