Quality Assurance Manager - Permanent - Minnesota area

Proclinical is supporting a growing biotech company is seeking a proactive, reliable, and experienced Quality Assurance Manager with strong interpersonal and technical skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should bring experience in GxP and/or CLIA environments. The organization develops and supplies specialized viral and cell-based tools, along with scientific services, to advance immune-based therapies and support data-driven clinical research.
Skills & Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience within R&D QA as well as 3+ years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of GxP and/or CLIA environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 17025, and 17034 standards.
- Knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GCP (Good Clinical Practice).
- Proven experience in quality assurance, including leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
The QA Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Oversee and implement quality systems to ensure compliance with GxP standards.
- Conduct audits, review documentation, and monitor QA activities.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across all operations.
- Support investigations, maintain training records, and conduct internal audits.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the quality assurance framework.
- Lead and mentor a team of four QA professionals.
Compensation:
- $120,000 to $130,000 per annum.
