Quality Assurance Manager: 503B - Contract - Kennett Square, PA

Proclinical is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager: 503B to oversee quality assurance processes and lead a dedicated QA team. In this role, you will ensure that all products and services meet or exceed regulatory and organizational standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance procedures, processes, and metrics while fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Proven ability to ensure the integrity and security of quality and pharmacy software data.
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.

The Quality Assurance Manager: 503B 's responsibilities will be:

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and metrics to ensure product compliance with required specifications.
  • Interpret and adhere to quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all processes and products.
  • Train and mentor the QA team on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze quality trends and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
