QC Head in Hangzhou Site

A global and leading biotherapeutic company is currently seeking a QC Head at their site in Hangzhou. This is an exciting opportunity to bring expertise and skills to an established and in-demand company focusing on developing innovative antibodies to help more patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall management and compliance of QC lab in Hangzhou Manufacturing Facility, including Protein Chemistry, Bioassay, Microbiology testing, Raw Materials, Sample Management and Stability system.
• Managing staff performance and development, sample release and stability testing.
• Continuous improvement of laboratory methods, optimisation of laboratory systems, and interacting with investigators and partners.

Skills and Requirements:

• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
