Project Manager - Permanent - Onsite

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Project Manager to join a cutting-edge analytical instrumentation organization. This is a permanent role located in New Castle, DE.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or science field
A recognized project management qualification (PMP) with 3+ years project management experience in product development within R&D or Manufacturing or Engineering. Projects managed must have included both hardware and software development.
Experience working in a matrixed management organization is highly desirable.
Familiarity with stage-gate and / or Agile methodology for managing projects.
Strong communication, organizational, presentation and leadership skills.

The Project Manager will:

Lead cross functional teams that implement delivery of comprehensive solutions inclusive of a coordinated system and consumables to customers.
Manage potential business partnerships and collaborations with the goal of providing our customers with industry leading products.
Ensure technical feasibility, financial viability, risk assessment and schedule are well understood by partners. Actively manage risks to identify changes and mitigation strategies.
Act as the single point of contact for the project
Actively manage project risks to identify changes and mitigation strategies.
Influence others to ensure successful delivery: frequently collaborate with other departments such as manufacturing, R&D, operations, quality and sales and lead with influence to ensure the success of your project.
Develop a sense of urgency in partners while also building a solid foundation for future collaboration.
Lead project analysis on resource, schedule & budget planning, and risk assessment
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing on projects: Influence and make decisions about scope, schedule, and resources for project.

Compensation:

$120,000 per year
