Project Engineer

Proclinical are recruiting for a Project Engineer to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Visp.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clearly outlined process/utilities area(s) and/or engineering package(s) in the apollo project.
• Manage the execution of the clients' standards and specifications throughout the project design, specifically for the mechanical, quality and EHS aspects.
• Arrange the parties with the responsibility for the project delivery in budget for his/her outlined scope in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and approve purchase orders, change requests and invoices.
• You will list PIDs and project procurement plan with TPL ownership is updated accordingly and discussed with TPL.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the client's shareholder such as operations, EHS, plant engineering, and external companies such as engineering contractor, vendors, etc.
• Contribute to the safety risk analysis as well as be accountable for the mechanical discipline mitigation actions.
• Implement the mechanical accomplishment walkdowns and evaluate the construction linked documentation prior to activity implementation such as pressure testing, blow-out/flushing/degreasing/passivation circuits, etc.
• Assist the commissioning and qualification actions until the handover to operations offering technical solutions to the concerns that arise from the CQ phase.
