Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator with a biotechnology company located in Weston, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

Dynamic lead and driver of marketing's business objectives as it pertains to the CCoE
Develop strong knowledge of brand portfolio, customers and strategic vision
Provide direction on key accounts including management of strategic and tactical activities
Oversight of creative project briefs that articulate objectives, target, assignment, key message and success measurement

Skills and Requirements:

10 plus years in an agency environment with Biotech/Pharma industry related experience a plus
Previous experience as a people manager. Ability to mentor and help develop direct reports
Bachelor's Degree required
