Project Coordinator

Proclinical is working with a brilliant biopharmaceutical company who is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

This role is integral to our innovative biopharmaceutical projects, where you will act as a central point of coordination, facilitating and managing project activities. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central point in project coordination.
• Facilitate and manage the "project cockpit" activities.
• Liaise with project leads and core teams.
• Anticipate, expedite, and escalate as necessary.
• Consolidate documentation to deliver an integrated project reporting system (SCoPE).
• Collect data, prepare reporting and correspondence.
• Keep key indicators and registers up to date.
• Ensure visibility of short term activities.
• Control, monitor, and expedite as necessary.
• Prepare key project meetings and minutes for follow-up.
• Facilitate timely resolutions of critical issues.

• Proven experience in project execution, management, control, and reporting.
