Proclinical is working with a brilliant biopharmaceutical company who is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This role is integral to our innovative biopharmaceutical projects, where you will act as a central point of coordination, facilitating and managing project activities. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point in project coordination.
- Facilitate and manage the "project cockpit" activities.
- Liaise with project leads and core teams.
- Anticipate, expedite, and escalate as necessary.
- Consolidate documentation to deliver an integrated project reporting system (SCoPE).
- Collect data, prepare reporting and correspondence.
- Keep key indicators and registers up to date.
- Ensure visibility of short term activities.
- Control, monitor, and expedite as necessary.
- Prepare key project meetings and minutes for follow-up.
- Facilitate timely resolutions of critical issues.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of energy and drive.
- Leadership skills.
- Autonomy.
- Good communication capabilities.
- Ability to maintain a broad overview of the project ("helicopter view").
- Proactivity.
- Proven experience in project execution, management, control, and reporting.
- Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.
