Project Coordinator - Contract - Lawrence Township, NJ
Proclinical is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a dedicated team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on tracking and planning congress and manuscript publications, ensuring adherence to internal deadlines, and driving transparency in medical evidence generation. This position also involves supporting various project management needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integrated congress disclosure planning.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, technical discipline, or allied business function.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with document management systems such as Veeva platforms (Vault, CRM, CARA, PRISM) and other database platforms.
The Project Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Track and plan congress and manuscript publications, ensuring adherence to internal deadlines.
- Maintain internal planning and drive transparency of medical evidence generation congress disclosures.
- Support various project management needs across different functions.
- Partner with cross-functional team members to execute integrated congress disclosure planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines relevant to congresses.
