The Project Coordinator will support the commercial and medical team in France, coordinating a variety of internal and external deliverables to ensure project commitments are met. The candidate must be fluent in French, both written and spoken. The position is a 6-month full remote contract.
Responsibility:
- Liaison with third-party vendors for information exchange and document review
- Support for contract management (HCP, congresses, suppliers).
- Document management, posting and follow-up
- Support for the implementation of contracts according to French specificities, in cross-functional collaboration with global teams
- Establish a regular communication pattern to share information and updates with internal and external stakeholders throughout the duration of projects.
Required profile
The ideal candidate for this position will have demonstrated experience coordinating/managing projects in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will also have a solid scientific background.
Qualities and skills
- Avid written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with teams/vendors and all levels.
- Knowledge of French regulations.
- Good use of project management tools, Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
