Product Manager - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a Product Manager to support technology product development in the healthcare and immuno-oncology space.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovation, efficiency, and scalability across informatics and product functionality. This role requires a strategic thinker with technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience in SaaS business processes and cloud-based product strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience building technology products within the healthcare industry; oncology experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of emerging trends in Generative AI and its application in healthcare or data products.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other product management platforms.
  • Solid experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience writing user stories and defining epics in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities across diverse teams.

The Product Manager's responsibilities will be:

  • Understand and translate internal and external user needs into clear requirements for technology product development.
  • Query internal databases to support data-centric healthcare product requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, architects, QA analysts, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and maintain product timelines, long-term roadmaps, and ownership structures to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Define detailed technical and data requirements within an agile development environment.
