Proclinical are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for guaranteeing that own work conforms to the GMP, Data Integrity and GDP and is assumed rendering to appropriate processes.
You will develop and handle solid relationships across teams to remove obstacles or time lags while conducting efficiently within own working teams to accomplish favourable results for the business.
Support the recognition and execution of technology based and work practice solutions designed to reduce waste and general cost.
Assist with process technical transfer actions, which involves Design of Experiments, Single-Use items specifications development for manufacturing use and ongoing Process FMEA actions.
Arrange vendor actions for commissioning & qualification, maintenance & calibration and/or process improvements.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a connected engineering or scientific field.
Demonstrable experience working within a biopharmaceutical setting in a process engineering position.
Know-how on cleanroom working.
Expertise on biopharmaceutical process operations, which involves Media & Buffer prep, Upstream & Downstream such as Single-Use Bioreactors, Centrifuges, UF/DF, TFF, etc.
Fluency in the English language.
Acquaintance working in a start-up company would be ideal.
Previous involvement with fill finish operations is preferable.
A background in a variety of biopharmaceutical equipment and manufacturing procedures.
Experience with computerised equipment systems and the principles of data integrity, this involves assessment and verification for new and present equipment.
Familiarity with the needs of commissioning and qualification of process equipment and utilities items.
Able to resolve issues.
Leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate self and others.
An organised individual who is able to present self in a professional manner.
An innovative individual with communication skills both verbally and in writing.
