Proclinical are are seeking a dedicated scientist to lead the development of innovative pharmaceutical products in a global biopharmaceutical group.

Responsibilities:

Develop and justify formulation and process development strategies, from candidate validation to drug product launch.
Manage the transfer and scale-up of the drug product manufacturing process, internally or at CMOs.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Formulation, Process and Clinical Supply Department.

Requirements:

Pharmacist, engineer, degree in science or equivalent, ideally with a PhD in science.
Proven working experience in an equivalent job in the Pharmaceutical Industry with significant international exposure.
Fluent in English to effectively interface with English-speaking subcontractors.
