Principal Consultant: Financial Services

Proclinical is a currently supporting a Global Management and Strategy consulting group based in Frankfurt or Munich, Germany as they recruit a Principal Consultant to join their Financial Services team.

Your responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to domestic and foreign financial firms on subjects related to financial services.
• You actively promote the acquisition of clients and projects.
• You will oversee overseeing projects from inception to completion.
• You are constantly monitoring client satisfaction and team health.
• In our Competence Centre for Financial Services, you will work on cutting-edge consulting strategies and solutions.
• You take an active part in hiring activities.
• Younger coworkers look up to you as a mentor.

Your Profile

• Demonstrated professional experience in strategy consulting with prior industry experience.
• You are enthusiastic about strategy, technology, and innovation subjects in the banking and finance industry.
• You are interested in economic subjects and concerns and possess an excellent degree.
• prior experience in a leadership role
• You possess Advanced German and English skills (at least C1)
