Pricing Manager - Permanent - REMOTE

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and analytical Pricing Manager to support our Commercial and Finance Organizations in the Americas. This is a remote permanent position.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is part of the FP&A team and is primarily responsible for pricing strategy, analytics, measurement, value pricing, governance, and pricing execution across the organization. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Business, Finance or related field, Master's Degree Preferred.
  • Experience in pricing, finance, statistics, data analytics or related field.
  • Experience in handling large data sets & data consolidation tools like Microsoft Access, Alteryx, etc.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with ability to validate, synthesize complex data sets to simplified data sets and deliver valuable business insights.
  • Ability to communicate effectively business insights derived from complex data sets to stakeholders with little or no analytics background.
  • Thorough knowledge of computerized application systems including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and preferably, SAP and BW or Analysis for Office experience.
  • Experience in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI.

The Pricing Manager will:

  • Analyze and manage multiple data sources for all pricing analytics.
  • Develop foundational analytics including pricing scorecard, price realization, stick rate, YOY revenue/margin bridge, and profitability at regional levels.
  • Utilize analytics, competitive intelligence, and understanding of foreign exchange dynamics to develop list price recommendations.
  • Build deal models to optimize revenue, margin, and pricing at account and/or product level.
  • Develop pricing mentorship/corridors for specific products lines and regions.
  • Perform discount control analytics and identify areas of opportunity to reduce discount and improve margin.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on pricing strategy and executions, working closely with business partners within Finance, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Conduct market-based pricing activities such as price elasticity of demand, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Support the commercial promotions process, working closely with key stakeholders to design competitive promotions and facilitate leadership approval, implementation, and tracking of efficiency.
  • Lead pricing reporting and performance reviews with the division and corporate leadership.
