Proclinical is seeking a clinical operations lead to support the generation and delivery of quality biomarker samples and data for an oncology portfolio. This role focuses on the LAG3 program and involves clinical sample logistics and computational programming.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing tools and dashboards for sample/data tracking, reviewing clinical sample collection, resolving sample/data queries, and supporting database lock activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, Perl, SQL, MATLAB.
- Familiarity with APIs, database and dashboard development, and Linux/Unix environments.
- Ability to analyze and plan for sample interdependencies and risks.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in process development, project management, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
The Precision Medicine Operations Lead's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and implement analytical tools.
- Oversee operations related to samples, kits, and data, ensuring integrity for database locks.
- Utilize technical tools and programming languages to clean and process data systematically.
- Aggregate and extract key information from operational reports.
- Perform data mapping and manage structured data.
- Support informed consent form processing and ensure compliance in sample handling.
- Resolve sample-related issues with labs and act as the primary contact.
- Maintain and review metrics for clinical study samples and logistics.
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee biosample monitoring.
- Anticipate challenges, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks in projects.
- Enhance communication with stakeholders and align functions with objectives.
- Participate in vendor oversight, including issue escalation and performance monitoring.
