Polysomnographic Technologist - Permanent - Deerfield, IL

Are you ready to apply your RPSGT expertise to deliver accurate sleep insights that power clinical decisions?

Proclinical is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist to join a team focused on advancing cardiovascular health through innovative medical devices. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to established protocols, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key part in reviewing and scoring Home Sleep Testing (HST) data, ensuring high-quality outputs that support physician interpretation and customer reporting.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Active Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience scoring sleep studies (minimum two years required).
  • Familiarity with Home Sleep Testing or Home Sleep Apnea Testing workflows is preferred.
  • Experience working in remote clinical operations, IDTF, digital health diagnostic testing, or startup environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sleep testing platforms, electronic medical record systems, case management tools, or cloud-based clinical review systems is advantageous.

The Polysomnographic Technologist's responsibilities will be:

  • Review Home Sleep Testing recordings for data quality, completeness, signal integrity, and technical adequacy.
  • Score and evaluate HST data in alignment with company protocols, applicable scoring guidelines, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify poor-quality, incomplete, or failed studies and escalate as needed according to workflows.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and complete technical outputs to support physician interpretation and customer reporting.
  • Meet or exceed productivity, quality, turnaround time, and accuracy expectations.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of HST workflows, standard operating procedures, quality checks, and training materials.
