Phlebotomist - Contract - Chandler, AZ

Proclinical is seeking a Phlebotomist to join a dynamic team focused on providing accurate and efficient specimen collection services.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the proper handling and processing of patient samples while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and adherence to protocols. c

Skills & Requirements:

Welcome and identify patients in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
Collect and verify billing and testing information as per SOP guidelines.
Review test requisitions to ensure proper test collection requirements are met.
Prepare and assemble necessary equipment for specimen collection.
Perform specimen collection for drug testing following SOP and order of draw protocols.
Match requisitions with collected tubes to ensure accurate completion of the process.

The Phlebotomist's responsibilities will be:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Familiarity with specimen collection procedures and related equipment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
