Proclinical are currently recruiting for a Omnichannel Customer Engagement Lead to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zurich. The client is focused on discovering the correct solutions for people suffering from illnesses.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a crucial HQ contact person to international and local brand teams for allocated works-teams, adopting best techniques sharing and assisting ability forming.
- Collaborate with other work-stream leads in OCE&DO as well as CEx teams and with concerns to the wider business such as HQ and associates.
- Recognise prospects to improve omnichannel planning and implementation procedures, and work across functions to outline best-in-class, effective standards, guaranteeing application of compliance and data guidelines.
- You will guarantee comprehension of as well as adherent to legal an compliance regulations.
- Cooperate with other group business units to disclose and share learnings and share best practices.

Skills & Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in customer engagement and digital operations, ideally in various organisations which involves healthcare and consumer goods industry, with exhibited hospital pharma experience.
- Familiarity in working internationally across various countries and function.
- Acquaintance with shaping digital engagement methods for specific illness areas such as nephrology, iron deficiency, cardiology, and rare illnesses.
- Know-how of client management and digital customer methods and strategies, both at launch and across the life cycle of the product.
- Exhibited ability to plan and deliver omnichannel methods and strategies, as well as novel go to market models using digital coupled with non-digital channels.
- Know-how of field force/customer engagement actions, for example: customer mapping and segmentation, persona definition, CRM applications.
- Prior involvement in knowing digital customer engagement channels, digital content strategy, digital solution development & management, marketing automation, social media, field applications, third party information, digital marketing tools and platforms, channels' orchestration.
- Facilitate high-impact communication through active enablement and listening to drive alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Interpersonal abilities.
- A structured individual, who is able to resolve issues and possesses tactical agility skills.
- Familiarity with planning, deliberating and assigning resources, which involves people and outside spend across a portfolio of brands.
- Acquaintance with producing a vision and tactical plans that influence division initiatives.
- Capable, comfortable and committed to working in a highly regulated work setting that needs comprehension of the imperative for compliance with company policies, processes and any other pertinent laws, guidelines both internally and externally.
