Proclinical is currently recruiting for an Omni-Channel Marketing Manager with a pharmaceutical company located in Plainsboro, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

Develops patient offline and digital media plans for Cardiometabolic Marketing portfolio, with a focus on Obesity, to drive market development, increase brand awareness, trial and conversion
Assist in the planning, execution, optimization and analysis of offline and digital media initiatives.
Translate brand objectives/media strategy into strategic digital media plans that run in conjunction with total media plan
Assist in developing media plans aligned to the media and brand strategies across portfolio of brands in conjunction with brand objectives
Develop and present compelling plans for management endorsement, to include proven, as well as innovative opportunities
Partner with Omni Search lead to develop and maintain SEO and SEM strategy across portfolio of products and across channels (Patient and HCP), governance models, optimization, reporting and analytics
Work with media agency to ensure appropriate planning, execution, optimization and analysis of media activities while ensuring media buys are targeted efficiently and effectively

Skills and Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
4+ years of Paid Media experience
Pharmaceutical experience a plus
Planning, Execution and Follow-Up - effectively prioritizes and spends his/her time and the time of others on what is important.
