Proclinical are recruiting for a Medical Science Liaison Manager Hematology & Nephrology - North Germany to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Hamburg.

Please ensure that you are eligible for working in the location without any sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Recognise possible investigators in pertinent diseases for contributing to future clinical research projects and disease registries.
  • Guarantee collaboration with all functions in country, which involves commercial operations, sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct clinical study feasibility and assist with efficient study execution in concurrence with clinical operations.
  • Aid in the development and drive execution of a local medical affairs plan and method to assist best clinical practice and the general corporate goals.
  • You will drive the recognition, development and alignment with KOLs, any other important customers and shareholders, which involves professional organisations.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical field ideally within rare disease.
  • Familiarity in an MSL role or in a scientific sales role.
  • A background in developing relationships within industry.
  • Capable and acquaintance with presenting multifaceted scientific data.
  • Prior involvement in a rare or ultra-rare disease setting would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrable experience with hematology and/or nephrology would be preferable.
  • Experience within Hematology and/or Nephrology would be ideal.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • A self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
  • An organised individual with the ability to perform administrative tasks and have a positive attitude.
  • Educated to an advanced degree level in a life-science field.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
